Winter can be a challenging time, especially for neurodivergent young people and their families. Shorter days, disrupted routines and seasonal pressures can all take their toll. But this winter, our Wired/Different community continued to connect, create and thrive.
Wired Into Winter reflects on everything we shared over the colder months, from our first ever neuro-inclusive event and online wellbeing sessions, to practical tools for managing overwhelm, embracing self-compassion and staying grounded through the festive season and into the New Year.
Inside this edition, you will find highlights from our winter programmes, reflections from our community, gentle mental health guidance and small, realistic ways to support yourself during difficult periods. It is a celebration of resilience, creativity and the power of safe, supportive spaces.
We are incredibly proud of what our community achieved together this winter, and we are grateful to everyone who continues to walk alongside us on this journey.
